What Moldy Water And Habits Have In Common

Hey Magical One!

I had a really hard time sleeping last night. My stomach just wasn’t agreeing with me.

Here’s what I think it was.

Yesterday after our wonderful chiropractic appointment with Dr. Georgia Lee and I walked over to one of our favorite restaurants in downtown historic Roswell, GA. The food was delicious as always, but the water…NO.

I took one sip of it and had to send it back because it tasted like mold.

Have you ever had moldy tasting water? It’s gross. I don’t recommend it. One. Single. Bit.

I switched it out for sweet tea, hoping the sugar would cover it up. It didn’t.

I switched it out for lemonade, thinking it usually comes from a fountain dispenser…no…they make their own. It tasted like moldy lemons.

Then I did what every tourist does in Mexico because the water is bad…I got a delicious “adult” beverage. One made with chocolate. A brandy alexander to be exact. However, that had ice cream in it and I’m not suppose to have a lot of dairy, so I couldn’t drink all of it.

I’m not one for drinking much anyways. I rarely have any interest in it. Last night was the exception. The water was really that bad. (I’m sure that if you’ve been to Mexico you understand)

Turns out that the county was having major water issues (DUH!) but it was supposedly fine to drink.

My stomach told me otherwise. All. Night. Long.

Here’s the thing though. When I woke up this morning all I could think about (besides how much I wanted baking soda water) was writing you this email. It’s starting to become a habit, this daily email thing.

The most successful people have daily/weekly/monthly habits that they do. Some are quirky. Some are weird. Some are surprisingly simple. They are all different and it’s fascinating how it all works.

One thing I encourage you to do is to create a habit that you love around growing your business and success. Something you can do even when your stomach hurts.

One of those can be a weekly habit of attending business and life trainings to get support in a community you can thrive in through the Success Circle.

P.S. I’ve considered that the alcohol and/or dairy might have cause my stomach to be upset…but seriously…MOLDY WATER?!? Gross! That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

P.P.S. Don’t drink moldy water for breakfast. Drink green smoothies instead. You’re stomach (and waistline) will thank you.
