In Human Design there are 5 types.

  • Generator
  • Manifesting Generator
  • Manifestor
  • Projector
  • Reflector

Each type begins to show us how our inner mechanics work and how we are uniquely designed to move.

In Ayurveda, there are 3 Doshas.

  • Vata
  • Pitta
  • Kapha

Each Dosha showing us how our main element love to be expressed and how to bring balance back into our lives. The kind of exercise to do is one of the ways.
