[Podcast 004] – Layout Your Day The Natural Way

Have you ever wondered how to layout your day in the perfect way to go with the flow instead of fighting against it?

I’m an entrepreneur who works from home, and one of the things I feel I’m constantly working on is the best ways to tap into the energy of the day and get the best use of my time.

Recently, when I was introduced to Ayurveda, I started diving in head first. Ayurveda really resonated with me and it’s giving me answers to questions I’ve been trying to figure out for years now.

Time management being one of them.

The way that Ayurveda explains how the three Doshas play a roll in the times of day and how it’s laid out, it just made sense to me.

To give you more of a visual about how the day is laid out according to the three Doshas, check this out:

Kapha (Slow Earth energy) time: 6am – 10am + 6pm – 10pm

Pitta (Active Fire energy) time: 10am – 2pm + 10pm – 2am

Vata (Dreamy Air energy) time: 2pm – 6pm + 2am – 6am

Now that you have a better understanding of how the natural rhythm and flow of the earth moves throughout a 24 hour period, now is the time to start paying attention to how this effects your day and how you can tap into this energy flow and really use it to your advantage.
